Return Policy

All returned items will be inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility of requirements are met for credit or exchange. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your return is received.

RETURNING A DEFECTIVE ITEM

Defective products may be returned within 6 months of purchase (products may be credited or exchanged at our discretion).

RETURNING A NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM

Non-defective items may be returned within 60 days of original invoice date if product is not a seasonal item (like shovels, salt, fans, heaters, holiday items etc) & product is not discontinued.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective items returned (unless we shipped by mistake)

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Before returning a product, you need to first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from our customer service department.

●    Products must be returned in their original packaging

●    We will not accept items that have retail prices on them or partial cases (unless if they are damaged)

Upon receipt of your return, Premium Supply Distributors will exchange, issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid,subject to this policy.
